At Precision Home Care, strict hygiene and cross-contamination prevention protocols are followed during every service.

Our professional standards include:

• All equipment is disinfected after every client, including scrub brushes, blades, caddies, and spray bottles.

• Fresh kitchen and bathroom sponges are used for each service.

• Mop buckets, including wheels, are fully disinfected after use.

• Vacuum heads and wheels are disinfected and de-haired after each service.

• Fresh mop heads are used for every client.

• Mop heads and cleaning cloths are hot washed using antibacterial solutions.

• Rag storage bags are machine washed using antibacterial solution.

• Gloves are worn and changed between rooms to prevent cross-contamination.

• Boot covers are worn when cleaning showers and spa baths.

• Work vehicles and mobile devices are disinfected after each service.

• Clean uniforms are worn daily and footwear is disinfected.

Request a Service Process

Precision Home Care operates under a service request and approval system. Please review the process below before submitting your request.

1. Service Request Submission
Clients must complete and submit the Service Request Form to request cleaning services.

2. Submission Confirmation
Upon submission, an automatic confirmation email will be issued acknowledging receipt of your request.

3. Request Review
All service requests are assessed upon receipt.

4. Outcome Notification
You will receive an email notification within 48 hours which will include either:
• a booking confirmation email outlining service details; or
• notice that your request has been placed on the waitlist.
