What cleaning tasks are included?
All services are followed by a cleaning checklist
Do you provide the cleaning products?
Yes. Precision Home Care uses professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. We do not use client supplied products.
What condition should the home be in before the clean?
Homes should be reasonably tidy to allow effective cleaning. Heavily soiled or neglected properties may require additional time or charges. Please disclose the condition of the house in your cleaning request form.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours of notice should be given for cancellations and rescheduling.
How does payment work?
Payment is required on the day of the service by 6PM. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Payments are made through Stripe. You will receive an email from stripe after the clean is complete.
Are you insured?
Yes, Precision Home Care is fully insured.
What services do you offer?
Precision Home Care offers basic cleans. A Standard Cleaning Service, Infection Control Service and lots of Add-Ons!
How do I book a cleaning?
Simply fill out the Request a Booking form.
Are the cleaners trained?
Services are performed using professional cleaning standards and procedures.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, you can provide access and we’ll handle the rest professionally.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will re-clean if needed.
How do you ensure trustworthy staff?
All team members are background-checked and trained to respect your home.
Do you supply rubbish removal?
We do not provide rubbish removal services at Precision Home Care.
What is not included in your service?
Organising, decluttering, heavy lifting, hazardous cleaning, and tasks outside the agreed checklist.
Do you clean inside cupboards or fridges?
Yes, they’re available in Add-Ons.
Can I request extra tasks during the clean?
Additional tasks must be approved before the service and may incur extra charges.
Do you clean mould?
We do not clean mould from silicon and we do not offer mould removal services. Some mould growth in a basic shower clean will be removed from grout and tiles.
Do you move furniture?
No. For safety reasons heavy furniture must be moved prior to our arrival.
Do you provide deep cleaning?
Precision Home Care doesn't offer deep cleans. We offer two types of cleans including a Standard Clean and an Infection Control Clean.
Why is your service not time-based?
We focus on professional results rather than time spent.
What is considered a heavily soiled property?
Excessive grime, build-up, or conditions above a normal maintenance clean.
How are prices calculated?
Prices are based on property size, condition, and selected service package.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We operate on a results-based service model. Times listed are guides.
Can the price change?
Yes, if the property condition differs from information provided.
Do you charge for excessive pet hair?
Yes, a pet hair removal fee may apply.
Do you clean after construction work?
Precision Home Care does not offer construction cleans.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, with at least 48 hours notice.
What should I do with pets during the clean?
Pets must be secured.
What if I provide incorrect information about my property?
The service may be cancelled with cancellation charges applied.
